PRIVATIZATION OF THE ATTIC

REGISTRATION OF OWNERSHIP TO THE ATTIC OR CELLULAR

a document certifying the ownership of the immovable property in its reconstruction (unless the ownership of such an object is already registered in the State Register of Rights);
the document, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation, indicates the acceptance into operation of the completed construction project;
technical passport for the immovable property;
a written statement or a contract of co-owners on the distribution of shares in the common ownership of the reconstructed immovable property (in the case when state registration is conducted with respect to property, is acquired in the common share ownership);
an agreement on joint activities or a simple partnership agreement (in the case when state registration is conducted in respect of property, the reconstruction of which was carried out as a result of joint activities). Registration takes place within 10 days.
